The Silent Morning Practice is only for current and previous Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) participants. These mornings are free for current participants and cost €20 for previous participants. Teenagers (or previous teenagers) who has done the Thriving Teenager course are also welcome, although they should be aware that the practices will be longer than they are used to from the Teenage Mindfulness course.
This is you chance to take a morning out to explore, practice and reflect. It consists of a mix of the practices you have learnt in the MBSR, guided by one of Thriving Life teachers.
