My Time! is a series of short 10-16min guided audio recordings, which will help you step out of your busy day for a moment and allow yourself some time to calm down, focus and become aware of the signals your body and mind is sending you. Each recording has a theme and a guided mediation. Some are are known from by the classic Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course others are new.
If you have already done the course, you can use the recordings as a way to remind yourself about contents from the course and it will help you keep up a short regular practice. Or maybe you are unsure about mindfulness and whether to join a MBSR course, then these recordings can give you a taste of what a mindfulness practices entails and can do for you. All you need is 10 min.
