We offer Mindfulness Practice sessions for you to either try out mindfulness or supporting you in keeping up your practice. We meet once a month (on the second monday of the Month) to purposely allow your body and mind to go from being controlled by the stress-induced sympathetic nervous system to the calm and healing parasympathetic nervous system. It is a great way to get some relief from a stressful life. We practice various mindfulness exercises such as body scans, mindful movements and meditations (either sitting and laying down). However, it is not just about relaxing the body and mind, mindfulness is also creating more awareness and training your ability to gain and sustain focus. Come and try it out!
Practice runs on the second Monday of the Month (with some exeptions) in the evenings at 19:00 until 20:00 at our Epicurus studio in Wassenaar. The class teacher is Berit Lewis. Please arrive approx. 5 mins early and wear comfortable, layered clothing.
Be aware, that the sessions will be cancelled if there is only 3 or less booked in for the session. In such case, you will get be notified via email the day before.
