Mindfulness is not difficult, what is difficult is to find the time or place to do it. To support your organization or team in learning and experiencing mindfulness we offer some additional support that serve as useful add-ons to create engagement and commitment.
Mindful Moment is a weekly moment to connect online with the group and the facilitator to do a short mindfulness practice. This is simply a facilitated moment to pause in the middle of a busy day. It can be extremely difficult in the midst of a busy day to pause and practice mindfulness, but we can support the practice by booking for example a 30 minute slot in your team’s agenda once a week and by being there to guide them through a short practice to recharge their mind and body. We can adjust the frequency and time to suit your needs.
