You have probably noticed our new website. With it comes a lot of new functionalities. One of them is a new system that allows you to only sign up to our weekly Mindfulness Practice sessions on the days and times that fits you – no commitment needed for a whole season. We tried a similar system in May and it was such a succes that we had a pretty crowded studio at times (unfortunately the system didn´t limit the amount of participants who could sign up). This is all taken care of in the new system.  Now there are limited places for 6 participants – so be quick to pick the dates you would like to join! There is a 10% discount if you sign up for 6 sessions in one go.

We start again on Monday the 10th at 19.00-20.00 and Wednesday the 12th at 9.15-10.15.
