Are you trying to practice mindfulness/meditation at home and finding it difficult? Well, then come and join us. During the month of November we are trying something new; Wednesday mornings from 9.00-9.30 we meet to practice mindfulness at Santhorstlaan 15, Wassenaar. There will be no guidance, we simply sit and practice in silence together. Feel free, however, to bring your own headphones and guided meditations to follow. The practice is free, but we would appreciate a small donation, which will pay for hot tea and heated floors of our studio I will open the front door from 8.50-9.00 – after that I will be joining the rest of the group in the studio.
